I traveled to Mexico with it. Easy to transport (pack). I had no issues with the water at all.

We purchased two of these filtration bottles for travel in Thailand and Cambodia. Both did an excellent job filtering regular tap water and gave us peace of mind knowing we had easy access to water sources. The first bottle came with an older lid style that ended up leaking when laid on its side in our backpack in an overhead plane cabin. When we got back to the US we reached out to the company, and they were awesome about sending us a replacement. The customer service representative Paul was super responsive and promptly addressed our issue. Definitely recommend this for travel in areas where water sources are less secure.

Worked. A bit hard to suck on but no problems in Kenya or Tanzania.

Hated it!!! I would die of thirst before I could suck hard enough to get out enough water to drink! It may filter out all the bugs but u can hardly drink any water because it’s difficult to suck the water out. I ended up not using it and was fine on the Camino. I was gone too long on my trip and missed the window to return so I’m stuck with this plastic bottle!! Also I didn’t think about plastic exposure with this plastic bottle in the sun which happened always.

The video ad by the Water-to-Go rep on the Amazon website shows the person pouring a half cup of water from the bottle immediately after inserting the filter in the bottle. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I haven't been able to get more than a dribble by tipping the bottle over, as shown in the video. Other reviewers mention that drinking from the bottle requires a fair amount of suction. Seems like misrepresentation by the seller. Wondering how useful this bottle will be for me on an extended international trip.

This bottle makes it possible to dip into any fresh water source, then drink the water as it is filtered. I took this in my kayak on the Colorado River last weekend. I filled it twice and drank the water immediately. It takes quite a bit of suction to get the water through the filter, but the result is clean, clear water in abundance. I'm impressed with this bottle. Whenever I am on a fresh water river or lake I will have it with me (it does not work with salt water).

The product was in good insofar as it filtered water which was awesome! But it constantly leaked all over me every time I drank it. That being said - I still give this product a 5-star rating, as it is my understanding that this issue has been addressed with future water bottles and this was the result of a defective batch that has since been corrected. Furthermore, the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Very happy overall.

I bought this for a trip to South America. I filled the bottle in taps where the water was not potable. It really works. The filter kept me from getting sick and the water tasted good. Highly recommend this water bottle!

I like the fact that this bottle slims down in the middle. I have arthritis in my hand and sometimes it’s hard to hang onto these bottles. This one works great. It’s also smaller than some of the others so I can take it more places you can even shove it in a large purse.

I bought this water bottle for trail riding because I hate wearing a backpack when I ride and always run out of water when I use a regular bottle. I really love this bottle because it gives me peace of mind that I can go further without having to worry about running out of water. The bottle is super easy to use, I have filled it up in lakes, streams and even large puddles, which I was skeptical about at first but I have never been sick using this bottle. The filter works amazing! Would highly recommend this product!

Lightweight and easy to fill but I don't like how hard it is to chug since water has to pass through the filter each time you drink. But I guess there has to be difficulty somewhere and it's less effort than the grayl for the same amount of water in a smaller bottle

After doing much research and comparisons, I decided to place an order for an Active 26oz/75cl Purifier Filter Bottle through Amazon in January of 2023. This was to be a gift for a friend who was travelling to Merida, Mexico. Soon after I received an email from the manufacturer stating that due to some kind of "integration error", my order was not shipped expedited, but that I would receive my order shortly. Also, I would get a refund for the shipping charge, which was unexpected, but appreciated. Unfortunately, my friend left for her trip before I could give her my travel gift. Since I had no need for this product, I decided to request to return it the same day it was received. Shortly after this I received another email from the manufacturer apologizing that I did not receive the product on time and that they would provide me with a full refund. They also said that there was no need to return the bottle, and to keep it as a "gift". Surprisingly, I ended up going to Mexico to visit my friend and decided to bring the Water-To-Go water bottle along with me. This product was simply amazing! It was so easy to use, and the water tasted great (I did not get sick). I ended up using it every day, taking it everywhere I went. This bottle became my security blanket! Thank you Water-To-Go for not only having a wonderful product, but for your amazing customer service!
