Four Thieves essential oil is a EO staple that every oils user should have in their home. It supports healthy immune function and wellness in addition to it being an all natural sanitizer. It is an essential oils blend that combines cinnamon bark, rosemary, clove bud, eucalyptus and lemon oils.This oil smells incredible and I have definitely reaped the benefits of this oil. I put this on the bottoms of my feet and cover with socks at night if I am feeling sick. This kicks pretty much any respiratory illness in the bud in about 24 hours or less. At the very least, I feel much better and can avoid a costly doctor's visit.After purchasing this oil, I did a bit of research on different ways you can use it, and I will share them here. Make sure NOT to put this oil directly on the skin! Use a carrier oil like coconut oil to apply topically. You can also diffuse or inhale it (put a few drops in the palm of your hand with a small amount of carrier oil and breathe in). An internet search will generate many more uses for this product.** I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased review. **Topical Use:- Wounds: Dilute 2-3 drops in half a cup of oil and mix well. Apply the mix to cuts or open wounds to prevent infections or promote faster healing.- Bronchitis: Dilute the oil and apply on upper chest and throat area.- Cold & Flu: Dilute and apply under the feet during season change to avoid getting cold and flu.Diffuse or Inhale:- Airborne Bacteria: To reduce the count of airborne bacteria, add a few drops on Thieves oil in water. Diffuse for 15-20 minutes.- Lung Congestion: Add a drop on the palm of your hand and inhale the vapor to assist with lung congestion or sinus headaches.- Allergy: Inhale a drop of Thieves oil to get relief from allergy symptoms.

Smells amazing! Everyone that comes in my home comments on how nice it smells. It's a wonderful blend smells sweetly of cinnamon, spicey from the Clove and clean from the eucalyptus and lemon. Sounds like an unlikely blend but the smells somehow really complement one as another!I have made a room spray and put some in a small bottle as a hand sanitizer and I use a small amount in a diffuser as well. I have looked up all its uses and history of the four thieves and illness protection. Sounds great and smells great! So I am spraying it in copious amounts in my house and on my hands. I also read it can be used diluted as a throat spray. Which I'm hoping I won't need to try soon.Pinterest has lots of great recipes I found for lots of uses and proper dilution of this essential oil blend.I am just loving it!I received a discount to sample this oil and review it.
