Unexpectedly Perfect for Kitten-Proofing Your Legs
When I bought the Trend Changer Shin Guards, my purpose was far from their intended use. I was dealing with the painful but adorable habit of our kittens climbing up my legs. These shin guards were a game-changer. They're thick enough to shield my legs from those tiny, but mighty climbers, and they didn't slip down even once, despite the persistent attacks from my furry assailants. Putting them on and taking them off is a breeze, and wearing them felt surprisingly comfortable. While I haven't used them for their designed purpose, I can attest to their durability, comfort, and protective qualities. For anyone facing a similar feline dilemma or simply seeking reliable leg protection, these shin guards might just be the quirky solution you never knew you needed.

THEY ARE GREAT
had these for about 2 months. I am a daily mountain bike rider. I use them for a few hours a day during my rides. and so far I LOVE THEM!!! would not hesitate to order another pair when the times comes. They are well constructed and I definitely recommend these shin guards for protection. Velcro is awesome and works really really really great.

I purchased these to protect my broken fibula
I broke my fibula while riding my bike and it was slow to heal, so I purchased these to protect my lower leg when I was riding my bike after the initial 6 weeks of not riding. Fortunately, I did not fall off again but these were comfortable and had the added benefit of keeping me warm in cold weather.

Comfortable but a bit tight
These have really done the trick while working on my deadlift form. The less distracted i am on trivial concerns the more focused i am on the exercise. However, I have large calves and these are a bit tight at the middle strap, so i might look into another pair that are sized adjustable in the future. Overall i'm happy.

Must have for sensitive skin
If your like me and burn / bruise so easily with a ladybug landing in you , this is a must for rope climbs and deadlifts etc… really happy with this product . Good protection , strong , well built and does not slide up or down the leg when sweaty from rope climbs . Easy to put on too. Thank you guys

Protect your shins!
I am not a pro, but I enjoy lifting weights in the gym. I noticed that when I was doing my heavier dead lifts the bar would often scrape along my shin and the diamond grip pattern on the bar acted like a cheese grater on my skin. I wouldn't notice during the lift as I am struggling to move the weight, but when I got done I would see the damage. Not anymore! These guards are easy to put on with the velcro tabs and I have not had a problem since I started using them.

way too large to be one size fits all
if you dont want velcro getting in the way of your workout better have a calf larger than 15" circ at least

I can see a limited life span
I think it is just going to be the nature of the product. The knurling on the bar is going to tare the shin protector up. I just don't know how long that will take.
