That is an adorable idea, but the info for the jars says not to pour boiling water into the jars, so, depending on the process and temp of the candle wax going into the jars . . . it would have to be your call, unless the manufacturer answers you. They are substantial little jars.

Don’t know the exact parameters but it goes perfect to tie it around the jar and to reach to the bottom of the jar.
