I previously had a small humidifier for our music room, but it couldn't keep up. It's imperative the humidity stays in the 40 to 50% range for the piano. It's a struggle in the summer to keep the humidity down, and a struggle in the winter to keep the humidity up. Although I've only had this unit for about a week, it seems to be doing the job much better than my last one. I like that it holds 1 and 1/2 gallons of water. Keeping the vapor output in the medium setting lasts all night and into the early afternoon. I took one star off because the top doesn't snap down tight in the rear, but it doesn't effect how the machine runs. I really like how quiet it is. So far so good. Will update if this thing is short lived. 1 month into this humidifier running it 24/7. Works fantastic. Upgraded to 5 stars since the top decided to snap on all the way now. The 3 position settings work great. When it is super cold outside the dryer it is inside the house. I run it on full. It warms up a bit outside, house is not so dry and I turn it down. Easy to maintain the humidity level in the music room.

The product works as advertised; it looks elegant too. In general I am so satisfied with its performance - and quietenesss. The seller, however, takes the Customer Care experience to a whole new level. They contacted me as the item I ordered was on 120V and the noticed that the delviery is to KSA, which is 240V. I was AMAZED!! They then corrected the error and looked for another item that works on 240V. It arrived soon enough, and they were in contact all the way. I am so happy with this service and that top-notch product.

This product was unfortunately lost in the mail but the seller sent a replacement which was received within a few days. Great product and super awesome about replacing the item for a reason that wasn’t their fault. Thank you! For those complaining about a “white mist” it says it the booklet that it’s best to use distilled water (different than just filtered) and a decalcifier. The white mist is from hard water and a distiller removes the minerals that create that white mist.

Originally I was going to write about how useless the humidistat is but I take it back. No it isn’t PERFECT but in practice, it’s been doing a perfect job in my room. I think think what happens is, the mist from the humidifier drops near the unit so the humidistat immediately jumps right up to 90% and turns off the unit. One I’m pretty sure patience was all I really needed to fix it. Yes, the immediate reading might be off, but when set and left running, it’s maintained a perfect 45-50% humidity for a couple days now. Basically, don’t get scared by the reading being off at first. Set it to the humidity you’re looking for, and see what it’s like after 2 hours. Obviously this isn’t an issue if you’re just using it manually, but for me the auto control/humidistat was the whole reason I was shopping for a better humidifier than what I had. Also I have it up on a platform about a foot off the ground so the mist doesn’t go near the bottom of the unit which has drastically improved the accuracy of the humidity readings. Basically the problem is if it’s own mist makes it up into the fan on the bottom. On full blast the mist shoots about 2 feet out at a roughly 65 degree angle. Would be cool if it shot a little further, but that’s just me wanting it to cater to my exact situation. The top fill feature is so incredibly better that having to take the tank off and flip it and unscrew the cap and try to pour it in a little opening, nah, none of this. This unit is so easy to just pour water in from the top. Especially if you’re like me and fill various containers with RO water. I also have to fill it WAY less often than my last one which is nice. The amount of mist is awesome. It can very easily get my relatively large room to higher humidity than I’ll ever actually need. That’s important because sometimes I have to run the central heating which INSTANTLY makes the room feel like a dry desert My plants, frogs and tarantulas are very pleased.

Best purchase ever. Wish I bought the white one though. The mist leaves a white cast on the black unit we purchased. It leaves a white film on all of our furniture as well. But helps us sleep so well at night
