Q: the MOST basic question/ how much calcium sin there and why isn't it clear on the bottle or in the ad?

It is on the bottle. But to answer your question, each serving (2 caps) contain 500 mgs of Calcium. I take 4 per day..morning and night as I lift weights 5 days a week. Hope that helps.
