Excellent Wicking Capability
One of the best solder wicking braid products I have come across in years

Didn't work for me
The copper braid is woven very, very tight. This makes it stiff and it does not easily conform to the surface I am trying to de-solder. This then requires extra force on the tip of the iron to push the braid to contact the work. Not good to mash the pad or item I am trying to quickly heat and de-solder. The amount of flux in the braid was little to none. This inhibits wetting and extends the time needed to heat the area/item to be de-soldered. The product looks good and the packaging is very practical, but having the product perform is what I need.
