First of all, I never write reviews, but I really felt compelled to this time because I could see this inexpensive product being downright transformative for many people (and clearly already is!). For the record I am slim, short, and not really in good shape- 110lbs, lacking in the bum department, with a 25" waist on the best of days. While my waist is smallish...without a lovely rear, and being a bit busty, I can easily look top heavy, awkward, and surprisingly boxy, unless I accentuate my waist, which is difficult because I suffer from a lot of bloating issues- making my lower abdomen protrude to a really uncomfortable and obvious extent. Wearing high waisted clothes looks nice from some angles, but also makes my lower stomach look really bubbly....and I feel -very- uncomfortable. I bought this product on a super compulsive whim, feeling really down and uncomfortable heading into the summer after a long winter of doing anything but working out or toning up. I ordered an XXS, because I'm a small jean size (1), but in retrospect could have (and should have) ordered an XS. While waiting for delivery, I read reviews and people's sizing recommendations, became a down hearted, and wasn't expecting much...in fact not expecting it to fit at all, sending it back, and feeling worse. I received the product today and I am -completely- impressed. While it was a -struggle- to put onto the largest setting (I had to bind my breasts to even see what I was doing!) I did, indeed, manage to get it on. I could, however, certainly see that I was really straining a few of the hook and eye's, BUT I got it on....and wow. First of all, very comfortable, like super nice and tight hug, with no breathing issues. This is very important to me because I am SO sick of feeling uncomfortable. And secondly, spectacular results. Heaven sent. Flat stomach, cinched 23" waist, and with my hips accentuated, I no longer look top heavy and my rear looks far more defined. I tried on many of my standard, go to/feel good (hopefully) outfits, and they now look amazing. I tried on outfits I have bought and never wore, were going to give away because they never looked right, and every single one of them looked amazing. You could not see it under any of my clothes, but I could see if you are wearing something really light and clingy, it showing up. Thick and very clingy, not one bit. I can't say enough good things about this product. I'm so impressed and it will absolutely change my summer, greatly enhance my self confidence, and all around make me feel so so good. Also, last but not least, seeing myself, actually seeing ME looking like I am in shape (which I am not) is hugely inspirational to start working out and taking better care of my body. Looking at celebrities or models (who are probably ALL wearing something like this when not in -photoshopped- bikini pictures) does not, and has not inspired me to workout because the goal seems unobtainable. Seeing MYSELF in the mirror, albeit unnaturally slimmed, is both exciting and inspirational. If you bought the wrong size, please don't lose hope! Please return and just get another! If this particular product doesn't work, find one that does, I really think it'll be worth it! For me, it's more than perfect. I'm really happy.

I have no complaints. very high quality material. sucks me in without feeling like I'm suffocating. It gives me a beautiful hourglass shape and fits very well under clothes. The material will feel tight when you first wear but don't worry at all because it stretches a bit once it's worn in and feels fine. Wearing it in only takes a few hours of continuous wear. With light exercise I lost a half an inch in 2 weeks. I wear it as often as I can during the day, also to bed some nights. An average of 8-14 hour wear depending on the day, every day. This is the third trainer I've ordered and they were all wonderful quality. I've had no issues with any of them. In order to pick your size you want to go a size down from what you actually are. my waist is 29 inches so the small is great because it cinches you to 26-28 inches depending on which loops you fasten. I was too small for the Medium within a week and the XS was suffocating. The Small is perfect. My measurements are 34/29/39. I have a bit of a long torso, 18 inches from my shoulders to my hip bone.This rests right below my breasts and right at my hip bone. The price is amazing for the quality. I know friends who use trainers exactly like mine that are $40 to $70. I am pleased that I took the gamble on a cheaper trainer and got a great product. So far I'm really happy with my trainer. Nothing has broken, the quality hasn't depleted, and it still feels like it's working. 10/10

It is exactly as advertised. I am 173 pounds, wear size 18 clothes and the seller's size chart resulted in a perfect fit. I have honestly only wore it once, the day it arrived, so I am slacking on it. At this point, I've wasted money because I've been too lazy to use it, but that is not the item's fault--I only include this thought because for people on the fence, you need to analyze your own behavior and decide if it is a wise purchase. From my experience: I've had major stomach surgery (years ago, they took out my gall bladder through my belly button which has always been sensitive since, and in the last two years I've had an emergency colostomy, a colostomy "take-down" a hernia repair in that area and now I have another hernia in that area requiring surgical intervention)--so, lots of pants, underwear, etc drive me crazy when they touch my scars. So, I always worry when a product will touch my stomach and obviously, I need some support in this area, which is what drove my purchase. It is comfortable. I was able to wear it for hours (6-8 ??) from the time the package arrived until I went to bed. I bent, cleaned, etc and it did not roll-down, bunch or hurt me at all. It is so hard to put on. I could not get it on by myself. (I've also had carpal and cubital tunnel repairs so I will admit my grip is not fantastic and did contribute); however, it is so hard to get that many eyelets captured and several kept coming open as my daughter pushed inwards to get the next ones. After just a minute or two, she quickly figured out what to do and was able to get most of them closed without more issues. Then, we had one pop open in the middle and we just left it all day instead of messing with it--so lesson learned, it will take patience and practice. I've never attempted by myself and honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed by how hard it was to get on, so I've not used like I intended. Another bonus: I wore it over a shirt (at first we were just fit testing so I did not want to put on right up against my skin, but since it took so long to get on, we left it like that all day)-- so, I was afraid of cleaning, cooking dinner, etc and then getting it dirty. Well, no worries: the surface wiped up nicely and is really easily cleaned (one or two splatters during cooking). Overall: If you need the support or smoothness and will have assistance, patience and persistence then I would recommend this item. I am not disappointed in the item, just in how difficult and overwhelming it is to use, thus inducing laziness or avoidance on my behalf.
