Perfect !
I like it. It's just what I wanted. I had one 5 lb and I needed another one. Lifting weights, if only for 4 or 5 mintues causes me to sleep all night. I know this because my baby grandson was getting sorta hefty and I was having a hard time lifting him into his car seat. So I started lifing weights just a few minutes before bed; After a couple of weeks I could tell the weights were working. It got easier to lift him. I was so surprised, but happy.

I didn't know how much I was going to love it. Every sewer should have one of these. Put it on top edge of ruler to prevent from moving. 5 lbs is perfect.

Decent weight. Keeps melting?
This works well and the texture is great for grip, but the coating on the outside keeps melting. I keep it indoors, so it's not like it's exposed to high temperatures, but wherever I leave it the outer coating sticks to whatever surface I leave it on. Like, it's glues itself to my tables.

Great for PT [Physical Therapy]
Used these amazing dumb bells for physical therapy light exercises. My instructor gave me PT exercises for my shoulder, and these dumb bells have been a blessing. I would use these for my deltoids exercises and light reps/sets. My PT helped instruct me with these light-weight styled dumb bells and has been awesome ever since. Im so thankful i bought these very sweet color, and clear number font to always know what weight i am using. Thanks again, back to healthy fitness ! <33

Justo lo que necesitaba, el peso es el correcto y la forma la hace cómoda de sujetar. Las uso en casa, justo cuando no puedo ir al gym. No hay que buscar pretextos para no hacer ejercicio.

Have a different texture than regular hand weights. Doesn’t feel slick. It’s really easy to hold them And a great bright colour!
