I bought this for my husband, who deals with frequent muscle cramps. The stipulated tastes hideous, which is to be expected since it contains quinine. It works great, though in preventing his muscle cramps. I went ahead and ordered more.

Used for C. It helped. Taste really sweet. Use as directed. Haven’t used since as it helped lessen the problem. I won’t buy again as a little goes along way. Easy to use.

Only thing I have found that helps with lower leg cramps. I use this with multi compound Magnesium caps.

The product ingredients do not list sugar BUT this is what this tastes like. Quinine is bitter. That is a fact. So not sure how we go from bitter to sweet ? Will not be buying this again.Dishonest product obviously . VERY DISAPPOINTED .

product good, do job goodly!!I used to wake up in the middle of the night with leg cramps, since I started using product the night cramps have stopped.I would definitely recommend.
