I use it on my sons scooter because where we reside there’s no garage or storage for it so it’s out in the open and let me tell you it was the best investment I made they can cut locks and chains with theft tools but when they go to grab it to steal totally oblivious of the alarm as soon as you try to move it it goes off and man can you hear it well. I love it I think for the money you can’t ask for anything better. Very happy with my purchase. As well as the quality of the lock is suppressing well done also.

I purchased it for my neighbor, who also owns an Ebike. I have two for my bike which I bought about two years ago. I also have a good steel lock. What I ask for this lock, A. slow down the thief by trying to cheat the lock and noise. I always park my bike near store cameras. hoping the noise will cause the thief to lift his head up and look around for witnesses. The very expensive store cameras may get an identifiable photo which will be a nightmare for him. Today age, everything helps particularly this style of lock to augment your regular conventional locks.

This is one of the best locks on the market. Not only does it have an alarm but it locks the bike wheel from rotating. You can used one on the front and back if you want. This lock is much harder to remove then a cable lock. Once the thief realizes the alarm went off and they cannot ride it away they would need to pick up an 80lb bike while the alarm is sounding and try to carry it away. Good luck with that one. I love that it’s loud but it’s not so waterproof still keeping its on my other bicycle would give five star but it’s not waterproof
