Brilliant product and very reasonably priced. Replaced a 10 year old one that cost 5 times the price and finally gave up working. Like the fact that it folds up.

Took a little to work out how to hang this as there was no instructions but looks great in my canopy. Works perfectly too. It is alot bigger then I was expecting but great quality item, very long cord too. The heat generated from this item is amazing quick and easy to use.

Do not buy this. There is allot of installation involved with electric and heating things not everyone should be touching or be allowed to touch. But in order to return this to a shop it will cost me money off the item. Not allowed in the UK. So don't recommend buying from this seller. Or their items.

For the price it's not bad...it does get reasonably warm.

Looks good and fits multiple size poles. Good heat transfer and easy to use. Only drawback I’d say as with other items like this, the cable could be longer.

Used it in a gazebo when friends came round, heated it perfectly and with the three settings it was comfortable all night

So far so good, I'm very happy with this item, easy to install and works a treat. I did read some of the negative remarks about the casing being broken, but honestly, I'd put that down to user heavy handedness rather than weakness of the product. Yes it would be breakable if you were to pull the wings hard, you would have enough leverage to damage it. Use the release pins properly and it will fold down neatly.

We love our heater, fits on the brolly pole lovely, gives off lots of heat and doesn't cost a fortune to run.Enjoying later nights outside.
