Definitely recommending this book to everyone who is interested in learning more about psychology from a world-class professor and author! Review: I'm a fan of Adrian Furnham's work. This is the kind of book that you can pick up whenever you have a few minutes and gives a real sense of the breadth of psychology as a discipline. The topics are really interesting and Adrian Furnham sums them up well based on his life long experience of the discipline. The chapters are short and leave you wanting to know more. The references are available at the end of each chapter if your curiosity is stimulated! Great for those with a 'magpie mind'.

Psychology 101 delivers everything we have come to expect from Furnham: first and foremost, academic rigor. Each chapter summarises difficult theories and concepts with clarity and simplicity and reinforced with references for those who want to discover more. There is much in the text to bring a smile to the face And an irreverence which always makes you think harder about the subject. Having bought the Kindle version I think I shall buy the paper version to show off to friends!

Really disappointed. It is written like enciclopedia with 2 pages explanation for every possible psychological topic, jumping from one definition to another. I was not expecting that at all!!
