Wow!! This stuff works! Okay so two years ago I took a Microgendx female test to know exactly what germs were growing in my bladder and lady cave. There was no lactobacillus crispatus, but I had learned that it was considered the type of lactobacillus that really seemed to help women the most with not having uncomfortable bladder and lady bits issues. I used the adorable little scooper and put a tiny bit into a capsule and used it as a vaginal suppository. I didn't do it for more than a few days to be honest, although I should have gone longer. Despite only doing a few doses my symptoms of bladder irritation and burning vaginally totally improved with this! Fast forward two years later and I took another follow up Microgendx test to see how things were doing, and to my surprise the lactobacillus crispatus was STILL growing after a mere few doses of it! This product helped immensely while it lasted. Mine began to clump together after a week of keeping it in my bathroom. I’m guessing moisture got into it, so I will purchase it again and try a different storage method. Second review: This time I kept the product in the freezer and used gelatin capsules. This seemed to be the key to success. I tried the entire list of every other method in the world to get rid of my bv and nothing worked long term until I tried this. Now I’m using it for yeast since it’s been over six months with no issues. I’m so grateful for this. No side effects, just relief. I did use it for an entire month before stopping.

Wow!! I’ve tried everything for candida but this works!! It’s balances your microbiome very well. I bought empty pill capsules and put 4 scoops into each pill. The tiny scoop is included. Chronic infections have lead me to finally face this on myself. I bought this, put the powder into veggie capsules and inserted them. It works! And best part, unlike Boric Acid or Vitamin C, hydrogen peroxide, and the list goes on... this doesn't burn. No crazy side effects at all. I am oddly surprised and cautiously optimistic that this will be my new solution to a very long, troublesome insecurity.

This was the first time I tried this type of probiotic. After only one use, I was left with a lower pelvic area stomachache for two days. I still feel pain in my lower pelvic area, and my symptoms increased after use. Be careful if you try this! I was so hopeful, and now I will never use again.

I like to take some coconut oil and then some vital probiotics along with L crispatus and place them in the freezer. When I’m not feeling aligned femininely, I’ll take a frozen coconut oil and probiotic suppository and it fixes me right up. Make sure you take care to guard against the coconut oil that will begin to melt! (Wear darker bottoms or a pad, maybe).
