The No-Fuss Bread Machine Cookbook: Hands-Off Recipes for Perfect Homemade Bread Review: Every bread I have tried from this book has satisfied and not disappointed - Michelle Anderson The No-Fuss Bread Machine Cookbook: Hands-Off Recipes for Perfect Homemade Bread I have used this bread machine cookbook for over a year. I had no idea what I was getting into when I purchased this bread machine cookbook. I solely went off the reviews. I bake bread from this cookbook every Saturday morning, and sometimes during the week. I have baked over 60 recipes in this book, and each of the 60 different breads I have baked are scrumptious! So easy to put together....takes 20 minutes for me to put the ingredients together....it might take you less time. The breads are soft and full of flavor. The breads smell so good while baking, and of course the best slice is the very first slice while hot and laden with real melting butter. I highly recommend this bread machine cook book. It is a great value, and the variety of breads are many. Wheat breads, rye breads, molasses breads, white breads, peanut butter bread, raisin breads, corn bread, herb breads, cheese bread, breakfast breads, etc. Every bread I have made from this book has satisfied and not disappointed. Review: Literally no fuss perfect breads! - I bought this for my mother in law as the bread machine we got her for Christmas didn't come with any recipes. This is a great book with a ton of recipes you'll actually want to make. The directions are clear, and they provide nutrition information. There are lots of machine only recipes, as well as recipes for dough only that you start in the machine and then take out to finish if that's your thing. There's also great hints and tricks for better bread making. This is literally a no fuss book. The bread came out perfect! The only suggestion I can make is more photos would be great. There's a photo at the beginning of each section or chapter, but it would be nice if there were photos of some of the breads.

Perfect for beginners or experienced users!
This bread machine recipe book is easy to follow and full of great variety. The recipes are simple, clearly written, and work well in a standard bread machine. Everything I’ve made so far has turned out delicious! A great addition for anyone who uses a bread maker regularly.

Extensive Collection of Recipes / Few Photos
First impression only, as I haven't had time to try any of the recipes. I have been getting back into cooking at home more recently, and resuming breadmaking is on my list. I'd probably already be doing more of it already with the way that prices have gone up, especially on artisan-quality items. Our next door neighbor, who we often send over some of our soups, chili, etc. over to, is gluten-intolerant so she can't enjoy most breads. I haven't figured out a good recipe for a GF version yet. This cookbook doesn't offer any options that way. I was hoping that it would. Also, I am a visual person, and I was hoping for more photos showcasing what the bread loaves should look like. That's the main reason for only four stars out of five. The only photographs are on the chapter heading pages. That's disappointing to me. As far as actual recipes go, most seem straightforward and without a lot of fuss about the ingredients. The collection of potential breads to make covers most any kind of pantry items you might conceive of to go into a loaf of bread. In the past I've had best luck with savory loaves, adding herbs for extra flavor and interest. I just bought a new jar of bread machine yeast, and I have flour on hand. Ready to get experimenting!

Fantastic Tasty Recipes
We literally use this book 3 or 4 times a week. The recipes are very simple and easy to follow. I love that there are suggestions for replacements of ingredients in case you're missing something when you want to make bread. I strongly recommend the Nana's Ginger Bread recipe. We LOVE it! The spices are perfect and we find it makes a great dessert or breakfast bread. Get the book. You won't be sorry.

Best Bread Book Ever!
Best and easiest bread book I've used. Tried and true recipes, it doesn't get any better than this to follow instructions.

Watch measurements carefully!!
I love the book and the fact that it gives most recipes for 3 different weights. However, today I was making the 2 pound Rosemary loaf. After mixing a bit it was a gooey sticky mess so I rechecked what I put in it and added several tsps of flour to try and stiffen up the dough. After rising, the gooey mess had gone over the pan and was stuck to the lid. In an effort to save the loaf, I took part of the dough out before the baking cycle started, but it still appears to be a lost loaf. It is heavy and dense. I noticed that the measurement for the water more than doubled for the 2 lb loaf from the 1 lb loaf. I compared it to other recipes in the book and it appears it should have been something along the lines of 1-1/2 cups of water and not 2-1/3. I have noted it in my book but will watch all the recipes more closely from now on.

As someone who doesn't use their bread machine as often as I should I was excited to pick this up in the sale. Recipes are easy to follow and I've bookmarked at least 3 breads in each chapter! Notes that measurements are in American units but, easy to convert or just grab a set of measuring cups

Amazing book. Tried recipes from other books but didn't work. This book has simple and excellent recipes. Do remember that for atta, for every cup replace 1 tablespoon atta with 1 tablespoon Vital Wheat Gluten, available on Amazon.

If there's a better bread machine cookbook out there, we don't know what it is. This cookbook has hundreds of easy-to-follow recipes, and it uses simplified methods to get the results of more complicated methods. We recommend you get the spiral-bound version, as it lies flat when you are following along with a recipe. Everything is explained in simple, step-by-step instructions. We believe this recipe book to be much better than the ones written for a specific bread machine--the reviews said those were too often cut-and-paste operations, and that many recipes were the same for different types of bread. We just used this recipe book for a load of pumpernickel bread--and it turned out perfectly. If you've got a bread machine, you should definitely get this cookbook!
