The rubber sucker detached from the head and it fell inside the bottle. I'm still not sure how will I get it out of there. :(

I love the ease of use. It was simple to put together (3 parts + charger when needed), it's compact and lightweight, and is well made, in my opinion. It also doesn't drip (yay!), and stops flowing as soon as the button is pushed to stop it. Yay for no mess. The only thing I would change is that I would have it screw onto the 5 gal bottles, but that's not a deal breaker, as you just need to leave the bottle cap on the bottle for a snug fit (pop the centre piece out of the cap to feed the tube through). :)

I have now bought two as my first one was so well used that it would not take a charge anymore. We love this item it is a good thing in our office and allows us to use bottle water without adding a new large piece of furniture as the bottles fit nicely on top of our mini fridge. No real muss or fuss to get it working. Installed quick and easy and can charge it off of a portable batter pack. So great for camping life. Highly recommend for families who do not want a bulky large water bottle tower, or for people always on the go to new adventures. Small and portable if needed.
