These are very good quality for the quantity and price and work well for digestion, constipation, skin health etc. The only recommendation I would give is that the best time to take these is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water and wait 30 minutes to eat to make sure they are able to pass into your stomach and be broken down. They never worked otherwise for me when it came to getting rid of my digestive woes (constipation) if I didn't take 4 on an empty stomach.

These Aloe Capsules are a life saver! I have been on Omeprazole for GERD for over 5 years per my doctors RX. I started having odd heart things with my heart racing, my blood pressure would spike high when I normally run low, my resting hr was much higher than normal and a couple of other issues, when I looked at long term side effects of being on Omeprazole all my issues were similar. I reaserched other more natural alternatives and aloe was highly suggest, the reviews for this brand were great, so I said why not. I weaned off the Omeprazole while taking these aloe caps. Now a little over a month later and my symptoms are all much better, my resting hr is the lowest it's been in a year, blood pressure is back to normal, and my GERD is doing great. Even my husband is taking them for his tummy issues and it's helping him too. What a great find!!

Kinda Pain to swallow as the capusles are a little rough with the exterior coating and small. When I had been using these it seemed like there wasn't really a pain free way of swallowing these down my throat. Just keep in mind that these usually poke the throat when going down and you can actually feel the pill traveling and getting stuck. The Aloe Vera can help with urinary issues and bladder issues if you have some, however I used this intended for my Overactive Bladder but it didn't work for me as I have a more serious issue, but it can work for you if you are experience urinary urgency. The taste to the capsules are a little sweet, but its very hard and can hurt and poke at the throat when swallowing so that's a downside when having to take these multiple times a day. 3/5 stars
