Sturdy straps
My daughter has an old backpack from Lands End and it doesn't have a sternum strap. The backpack has elastic strip sewn on the shoulder straps. I use these elastic straps to hold the XTACER Backpack Chest Strap in place so they don't slide down.The straps are sturdy. No instructions included but since I have an Osprey hiking bag so I use that as a guide. It's very simple but having guide make the guessing game obsolete. The end of the strap frays while I was assembled them together on and off. When I was done, I just used the lighter and burned the end of the straps to prevent further fraying. In all, good products.

Does the job
This particular style of sternum strap is faster to attach. No problems so far, have this attached to a gr1 26l with 35lb plate for rucking works fine. Takes off added stress on shoulders and keeps the shoulder straps in place without sliding around.

Very good product
It does exactly what it supposed to, Been hiking and carrying packs for 50 years, a sternum strap is in my opinion, an essential part of a pack. A 4 pack at this price point is a very good value

They are straps - not much to say about them
I have not used them much so it's really difficult to review straps.
