I really love this faucet. I think it’s very classic looking very modern. It works really simply or you just have to press the little stick up or down and it gives you enough water that Cascades beautifully down the glass. It’s the right height too so you don’t get too much splashing coming down from the actual glass portion into the sink. I’ve had a taller version that had a problem with that, making a mess all over the counter space, so I was really happy to find that this one did not have that problem. I will say that if you have harder water, it does kind of diminish the look of the glass portion (or at the very least means you’ll have a little bit more work keeping it clean and keeping the glass looking good), but that’s to be expected with any hard water situation. All in all it’s very beautiful, well-made, and easy to install!

its bigger then to looks online, we love the design and built very well, was just a little to big for us, so I returned and found smaller, otherwise loved it.

Let's face it, this thing is a little ridiculous. But I was going for a black-glass based look in a lavatory and so I couldn't resist. Regarding the installation - I was fortunate in that I was installing a new sink, so I could attach it to the sink before installing the sink. It would have been a pain retrofitting this thing to an existing setup. Note BTW that the hot and cold sides are reversed from the US standard. This is easily fixed of course, you just have to know ahead of time. My biggest complaint is that the water doesnt' flow in a nice smooth pattern. But in the end it's good enough. The only other problem I have is that it splashes water out of the sink if turned on full blast. But that says more about the size and shape of my sink than the faucet.

Didn't have all parts to set

Cheap product & leaks very bad. Sadly due to a busy schedule this was installed after return window closed so we had to order & then install a different brand. Leaking got worse over the month we used it. Wasted time & money on a bad product!

If you’re looking to wow guests these faucets are it! The price was the first selling point, initially I was concerned as large name home improvement stores sell the most standard of faucets at double this unique item’s price. My kids love them!! “It’s like a waterfall in the bathroom” they added. Time will tell in the way of durability however at the price if I get 5 years that’s well worth it.

This is a beautiful fixture and a great value for the money.

Bought this to replace the same one I bought 4 years ago, because it was leaking and wouldn't shut off. So not as happy as I would like about it. However it looks nice and is pretty cheap. Only other thing to watch out for is the fittings you screw into at the bottom of the faucet base are backwards. The hot side is on the right, the cold is on the left.

We really want to love this thing but several issues drips collect at bottom of glass causing water stains...no way to stop it very noisy joystick is stiff too bad because it is a very unique looking item
