Overall Rice cake are good light weight and health alternate for the snacks but it little less in quantity over the price. By the listing it is overpriced , you can get rice cakes at your nearest market for very cheap price of good quality.

Pros - 9 wholegrains, no salt, no sugarCons - tastes bland, I couldn't have it just as it is, I needed some topping like peanut butter, etc. - so even though this is 30 calories a piece, having it with some topping would increase the calorie content. Overall, I didn't like the taste. Hence, I won't rebuy.
