Ottima palla massaggiante
Questa palla massaggiante è perfetta per alcuni punti. Come qualsiasi attrezzo massaggiante va contestualizzata e utilizzata nel modo corretto. A me fa benissimo per il collo e trapezio, dove un approccio di una palla più dura risulterebbe troppo aggressivo, e i muscoli delle gambe davanti e di lato. Per glutei e bicipiti femorali (i muscoli dietro) invece è troppo morbida.

Aufgrund der groben Riffelung rollt dieser Ball überhaupt nicht. Habe versucht damit am Rücken Triggerpunkte zu lösen aber man kann an einer Wand gelehnt nur hin und her rubbeln. In meinen Augen eine Fehlkonstruktion
