This Lansinoh pre birth preparation oil is used on the perineal area to prepare you for birth. Dispense 2-3 drops and then apply to the perineal area and gently massage a few times per week from 34 weeks pregnant. This oil is used to prevent tearing whilst giving birth. The 50ml bottle is plenty and spreads easily. There's no scent and doesn't stain clothing. Non greasy too. Very easy to use.
