A back up printer for one currently in use for 13 years!
Bought this printer as a back up for the same model we are currently using. We have had one like this in use for 13 years in our medical laboratory. Can not live without a barcode for our specimens. Recently had a scare that our current one was going to crash on us, so we ordered another for back up. Turns out that we were able to get our current one going again! Such a work horse piece of equipment!

Didn't work and then charged a restocking fee to return
We tried everything to get this printer to work, but it consistently messed up a line on the barcodes resulting in Fedex not being able to scan in our packages. We told the company it didn't work and asked them to send us a new head for it. When that didn't work, we returned it. Then they charged us a 14% restocking fee to return an item that never worked.

Great replacement printer!
This seller went above and beyond to ensure a timely delivery. Next day delivery without any fees. We needed a direct replacement due to having over 3 cases of labels for this model printer. Hopefully we get the same use out of this printer that we did with the last one we purchased.
