Since this is steel alloy, what is the other metal that is mixed with the steel? Considering buying for a kid’s party and worried it may be lead.

I can't be 100% but I don't believe it has any lead that for sure is a company question. From what I can tell it is all steel alloy. What I can tell you is everything stays cold for a very long time days actually.

Can you use dry ice for this cooler?

I don't think the plastic liner can take the extreme cold of the dry ice minus 109 Fahrenheit. I think it would crack it and then the expanded foam insulation under it would now absorb all the melted water and ruin it.

What diameter are the caster posts? .5 inch?
