This is not a daily use product, take it once or twice a week as your age group allows.This does makes me help stand on my feet

Too much vitamin A
Low dose of vitamin D, K which is good and safe to be used for a 30-60 days but has very high dose of vitamin A, fat soluble vitamins generally if we are not treating deficiency but for general wellness then we should always take below 100% RDA, vitamin levels in our body increase very quickly via supplements compared to food and we should be careful because too much can lead to toxicity and health issues.
