Smelled absolutely disgusting on arrival, like the urine of a barn animal. Functionally fine. Easy to cut, like the colour and cleans well. Some imperfections in manufacture but it is one of the cheapest coir mats you will find — you get what you pay for, overall good value.

Just what was needed at my sister's back door. Fits the space well. Good thickness too. The cat uses it as a scratching pad but no damage done yet.

The mat was good quality and arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was a problem with a split in it, despite being well packaged. Contact with the company has been good and the issue was immediately resolved in a very helpful manner. Well done and thanks, they have been very proactive in making sure we are happy with the outcome.

The matting was sent very promptly, though the courier was dilatory. The material was easy enough to cut with a Stanley knife, after careful measurement to ensure it fitted into the well. Time will tell how well it wears but it looks good at present and is rough enough to take loose material off shoes on entering the house.
