Take care it will not make the fries or the other food as crunchy or Crispy as Advertised It will be something in the middle But in terms of healthy food it is much better than fried oil food specially for Cholesterol patient But again to not expect to have the same level of fried food in the oil

Amazing Quality and Big Capacity
