Waterproof Bible NIV(2011) Brown Paperback – July 3, 2016

So far so good … I am not splashing water on it to check it out but I like the feel and convenience

My husband loves it! It even floats!! Probably have to blow dry it afterwards or it’ll stay damp between every unopened page.

Print small and hard to read for seniors, but I love the concept. Great study bible

As for living up to it's purported function & reputation among the reviews I've seen, this product deserves 5 stars! I watched many videos of people subjecting their poor waterproof Bibles to various substances, so of course I had to test it myself at home by submerging it in water. It did take quite a long time to dry, but there were no wrinkles or ink runs and it was soon good as new! That made me happy, as I've ruined so many Bibles by accidentally getting them wet!The reason I gave this product 4 stars however was that mine came with a page where the ink had run at the press & dried that way, so that page looks bad. Also, the pages stay crumpled if you crumple them, contrary to what I read about it. And the cover scratches easily.But I am still so happy with my waterproof Bible. The pages are so smooth, and thinner than you'd expect for being some synthetic material - it really is a similar thickness to paper! Amazing. Will I buy another one in the future? Yes. Will I recommend it to others? Yes, yes, yes!
