I’m highly upset with this product. First, the balloons smelled like they have been sitting in a tub of mothballs and some of the characters were missing eyes. Very poorly and cheaply made designs on the balloon. Secondly, I am very pissed at the fact that Barney is smoking pot on the cupcake toppers. Really???? There is also the Illuminati sign on the toppers. I couldn’t use most of the things because of this. This was for my 1 year olds birthday. If you’re going to make products like this, please disclose ALL detailed about it and leave it off of children’s products!! I would like a full refund but I doubt that happens.

Can’t beat it for the price! You have these sticky dots in the pack to assemble the cupcake and cake toppers. I just used tape instead because it was easier. It was cracking me up how the designs on different items were different images but you really can’t beat it for the price of the pack. Items are all high quality. Had no issues with the balloons either.

Offered to make my nieces second birthday cake. Barney had to go on the back because he was smoking a blunt. Best cake decorations ever!

My son is really into Barney right now. He was turning 2, so I decided to do a Barney birthday theme. It is hard to come by Barney party supplies. I was very disappointed with these. It wasn’t till the morning of his party that I realized all of this. The characters arms are super skinny and Barney is smoking a joint. Very weird and disappointing for a kids party.
