Shampoo is good but packaging is not, it was open and broken (so I can't close the cover)

After using this shampoo a few times I can say it is a good option for people with sensitive scalps. I have to be picky with what shampoo I use, so I was happy that this one did not cause any adverse reactions and actually helped manage my dry scalp issues. The smell is also great compared to other shampoos with over the top, strong smells.

My scalp itches sometimes, I haven't experienced dandruff in years. Using this brand, I shampooed before bed and oiled my hair in the morning with the hair product I usually use. The label instructions recommend a treatment of the shampoo brand followed by the conditioner brand. I don't use conditioners. The shampoo alone worked for me, no itching, clean hair.

It hasn’t stopped the itch yet.

I have only tried this shampoo twice now but have been impressed thus far. It smells nice and lathers up perfectly. It rinses my hair without it feeling like it strips my hair.
