Useful and not gross
I love this stuff and have bought it many times from various suppliers. At the time of purchase, this company offered the best value. I found erythritol to be the most pleasant of the fake sugars, it most closely resembles natural sweetness without any nasty aftertaste. It mixes perfectly and doesn't irritate my tummy.Generally you need around twice as much erythritol as you do sugar, so my coffee gets four teaspoons. It's very useful for fasting and cutting phases of a weight training diet.I have used it in baking, with mixed results. Whilst it can add sweetness, it will not help to hold baked goods together like sugar will, and the slightly odd taste may not go well in a lot of foods. I did find it a great addition to stewed fruit for having with pancakes and it works pretty well in porridge.

Perfect for home brewing.
This was recommended to me as an alternative to normal sugar for back-sweetening a batch of home-brewed ginger beer. It's non fermentable so ideal if you want to keep the yeast alive to allow some normal sugar to create carbonation. It worked perfectly. There's no bitter aftertaste, unlike some alternatives. And of course it's calorie free as well.

Great sugar alternative.
I have been using erythritol for a few years now. People need to remember that nothing is going to taste the same as sugar! I find this totally acceptable but would not touch other sweeteners with their vile aftertastes! I have no aftertaste with this and find it perfect for beverages, baking making ice cream etc. if you want the results without the carbs and calories this is ideal. If not just do without!!

Read updates... products as good as others.
Changed my previously bad review.. it was my error I changed tea brand and it was quite bitter. This erythritol is perfectly fine no issues with it just as good as the qmore expensive brand I used to buy.UPDATE: bought 5 times since first saw on amazon in January 2023. Was competitively priced at around £6 and tasted just like Amy erythritol. However, they hiked the price up to more than other more reputable well establiahed brands. For instance, you can get 2x 1g for £4 more than this company is selling this for.I understand price increases, but there's no unique selling point or advantage for them to be charging more than other brands. They got loads of good reviews at a cheap price and bow hiked it up. Unless there is an advantage (which there isn't), I don't see how it's justified. I've gone back to my previous brand now.
