I wasn’t sure about what the quality would be for this basketball hoop. It turned out to be great. My son is 11 and absolutely loves it. We put it over our kitchen door for now and we’re playing against eachother. It has brought a lot of laughs to our house. I would highly recommend.

Good quality and works well. Assembly and installation were relatively straightforward. Our kids enjoy it. The balls are good quality and not a cheap thin balloon type. The included pump was cheap but still worked well and got the job done. I saw no need to grab my better pump from the garage. The remote is a nice touch but its only function is to reset the game. Not really a necessary item since most people are standing while playing. I guess it could be helpful if you're laying on a bed shooting hoops with the balls coming right back to you. Either way, it's a novelty feature and I'll probably lose the remote in a week or soA few nitpicking negatives... While it does come with sufficient foam pads / spacers that rest between the backboard and the door, it is lacking any protection for the metal hangers that go over the door. I didn't feel comfortable putting them on new painted doors since they are metal and can easily scratch. I was able to use some rubber friction tape for the hangers which actually worked out well. It just would have been nice to have something come with it to protect that area. My only other gripe is the inability to mute the sound. Your only options are to use it turned on with the score and sound or use it powered off without anything. I wish it let you mute or at least lower the volume of the sound which can get annoying (loud cheering with every basket). Overall, it's a nice reasonable hoop for a kid's bedroom and would recommend.

This is the cutest for my five year old boy who’s just showing some interest in basketball. I love that it comes with multiple basketballs and a pump for if they lose air. The battery powered scoreboard is fun as well

I wasn’t sure how my 6 year old daughter would react to this, but to my surprise, she absolutely loves it. We now play PIG (horse) almost daily and I have yet to win, haha. She loves that when powered on, it makes an audible noise whenever a basket is made.
