Samsonite Designer Luggage ID Tag, American Flag, One Size

I didn't want leather (or fake leather) luggage tags. Having flown a million miles, I need something that will hold up indefinitely while undergoing regular beatings by baggage handlers. Leather tends to stretch out and wear out over time.The Samsonite tag feels like a rubber blend, maybe with silicon. It's thicker than traditional bag tags and feels sturdier. It doesn't bend easily, so the owner ID info doesn't shift around inside the window and remains clearly visible. The strap feels sturdy as well. And I like the bright, multi-colored design. It helps distinguish my bags from the rest circling on the luggage carousel.For the past twenty years I've purchased Samsonite luggage exclusively, for its durability. I'm counting on the same quality from their bag tags.

These are a decent size and are easily noticeable when your luggage appears on the carouselThe one star removed is for the way they are fixed to your luggage. Instead of having a strap which one buckles there is a plastic pull through tag, which did not look as if it would stay in place if somebody talked hard enough. After much struggle, I managed to tie a knot in it, which I hope will do the job.

I love Samsonite luggage tags! They stay on well and I've never lost one. Unlike other brands, there is no clasp or connecting joint to have it come undone. Just loop it around the luggage handle and through itself. Have four of these tags and will continue to purchase as needed!
