Upgrade Smooth BiMetal Heatbreak All Metal Titanium Copper Thermal Barrel Tube Compatible with Sidewinder X1 X2, Original Kraken Chimera + Cyclops Plus Muti Color Hotend 3D Printer (Smooth Version)

I got this for my Artillery Sidewinder X1 to replace the teflon lined heatbreak that came with the printer. The heatbreak looked like it is good quality. The machined surfaces were clean and free of burrs or defects. Installation wasn't too bad and most importantly it works great. I've been printing Overture ABS and several brands of TPU in my X1 with this heatrbreak and have had zero issues or problems.Please note that not every Sidewinder X1 will work with this heatbreak. Make sure your heatbreak doesn't have any threads on the top portion. If your heatbreak does have threads on both ends this one won't fit.

I was a little worried due to some of the reviews, but figured I would give it a try. Quality is pretty darn good. Looked in the bore and it was smooth. Threads were clean and machining overall was great. Installed easliy and finally, it printed perfectly on my Sidewinder X1. It even printed successfully with my old pla settings. Still fairly early with only 3 or so hours of print time, but I am confident that it will do fine. One thing to note is that it is not a one piece unit so when installing don't force things. When removing your old nozzle and heatbreak, make sure you heat up the nozzle first and carefully unscrew both the old heatbreak and old nozzle while still hot. After that, if the new heatbreak doesn't screw in easily, chase the threads with a tap.Thanks Polisi3d will buy more, just don't raise prices on us too much, will buy more.

This works with my version of Sidewinder X1. I'm not sure which version it is but the firmware is version 5. So far I've printed PLA, ABS, PTEG, and EZ-PC (270C and the heatsink is cool as a cucumber) without much trouble. Just make sure it's good and snug. Not overly tight obviously since its in aluminum. I print mostly PETG and Carbon filled PC and have experience no jams.

Size is a perfect fit for the Mellow NF-Sunrise with a copperhead block, pleased with dimensions provided before ordering. Everything fits well and have good results with PETG so far.

This was the perfect upgrade for my artillery 3d printer. Very good price, and the part was well made.

Absolut geniales Teil. Selbst bei Temperaturen über 250° keinerlei Probleme. Und der Extruderkühler bleibt so kühl, dass ich ihn mit der Hand anfassen kann.
