Having a ball, leaning helps back pain.
It's a solid ball. Thank you for reading.Ok, I bought it to massage a sore spot on my lower back and it works great. Lean against a wall, placing the ball over the spot, then lean against it gently, holding for thirty seconds or so. Move the ball around, and be sure not to slouch when leaning against it. It did not have any kind of funky smell, and the pressure on my back seems to help when I do it. This isn't a permanent form of pain relief, but a good trick to have when those aching spots act up. A good size, I think any smaller and it would be too painful to lean on, and while the cost was a couple of bucks higher than the competition, as I said, there was no smell, so good deal in my book.

Unbelievable for shoulder pain
I bought this to use for pressure points in my shoulder blade. This was fantastic, the quality is awesome I have used this for 3 months and in the first month almost daily. I was sleeping on it for a few hours most nights and never had an issue with quality as some have stated. If you're for something to help relive pressure points I recommend this.
