Almost Like New
Arrived in a Dell box packaged in shrink wrap on cardboard. Looks new with no scratches on the product. Simple to set up with an adequate screen brightness. Was able to upgrade to windows 11 once I loaded all the windows 10 updates and Dell system drivers. Its a perfect secondary computer to take traveling. You can also find accessories such as keyboard, pen and docking station at reasonable prices for this model too.

refurbished but need to replace the battery
This is more of a review of the seller as opposed to the product. this is a good tablet alternative. Its more capable than most iPads at a fraction of the price. However, the seller's view of refurbished apparently did not include a new battery capable of taking a full charge. Simple fix but when you see refurbished - like new you kind of expect the battery to last near what a full charge should keep.
