What is the Lining material

The lining looks to be the same polyester material most sleeping bags have. If you can find one that uses cloth or flannel, it makes for a very comfortable and luxurious experience. = )

Is this good for tall teens?

How tall.... The tallest child I bought these for was maybe 45-47 inches / 12 years old. And they are not well made. All ripped near the zipper within 3-4 days of use.

Is it noisy when you move inside while using it? Thanks!

A little bit. If you’re a person that moves a lot and/or are slumbering with someone who is a light sleeper, it might be a problem. However, I checked both of those boxes and my spouse didn’t complain.
