Consuming haldi in spices is not enough, as curcumin is just 3% by weight. Taking external haldi has been always a cumbersome task for me. Haldi Booster Anti Allergic is very good for health. This product from dabur is a must buy. Haldi tablets have made it very easy for me to consume haldi on a daily basis and since it is 100% ayurvedic, it doesn't have any side effects.
