This one is plastic. Wheels Manufacturing makes a metal one that I bought. Much higher quality and durability with the metal one.

Yes. Will work with any shimano hollowtech 2 crankset.

I have shimano dura ace 7900 Is compatible with it?

As far as I know it is compatible with all hallowtech cranks. Yes it will work with 7900 to the best of my knowledge.
