Great! Product with a long lasting battery. Confortable and fits with ease. Pairs well with iPhone.

This is an astonishingly poor product.- Volume setting is inflexible and hard to manage. Every volume level in the lower 40% of the volume bar is the same. Therefore, at the quietest level, the volume is still rather loud.- A loud-ish vibrating/buzzing sound effect randomly plays through the earphones when music is paused.- Bluetooth range is very low. If I briefly walk 10 feet away from my device, the audio gets crackly and scarce. A little farther and it disconnects.- When only partially charged, the battery level still displays itself as "100%", and then it quickly gets drained.Update: changing my rating to one star because the audio output unexpectedly became way too quiet. The highest volume setting is now medium-quiet, and the other volume settings are barely audible

These were easy to pair with my phone and the sound was great, but after trying the different combinations of ear gels and ear hooks, they were too heavy and don't fit comfortably. Also the cord is too short, which makes accessing the multi-function control almost impossible. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I have used this headset for work everyday for a year and a half. I am on the phone at least 7 hours per day. I love it but recently the charge port broke. I can't ding Jabra because I charge these all the time, so I guess on USB micro insertion number 6,046 that the receiver pin just wore through or broke. I liked the unit so much I had Amazon ship me another one exactly like it. That says something.

Great headsets for the price. They are easy to connect and have decent sound quality.

I normally just write on my reviews if the product works as advertised or not. But in this case I have to be a little bit more specific. There are certain qualities expected from a stereo Bluetooth headset: decent sound for music, fit and comfort, and depending on each user, good noise cancelling microphone. I'm not a perfectionist, so as long as they perform well on two of those categories I'll be satisfied. Coming from Jabra, I was expecting that the microphone quality was a given... WRONG! I also though the design would allow to do any activity without having to worry about the headset staying in place... WRONG AGAIN!!! I read other reviews before and knew the sound was ok, but this is in reality good for podcast and vocals, but not for a dedicated music headset. I had such high expectations, but I couldn't make a valid case for this headset. Long story short: Terrible fit (no matter what combination of hooks and tips you use), less than average sound (the Samsung Level U has 10x better sound quality), horrible microphone (noise cancelling is non-existent)
