I bought these for a 2011 Toyota Matrix Sport, automatic FWD. These liners are a perfect fit, nice and snug. I live in the north east and need liners that will protect my carpet from being soaked with water during the winter months. You do not want the floor of your car rusting out due to that! I was considering on buying Weathertechs but I didn't like the fact that their liners did not have a stopper over the retaining hooks on the driver side carpet. For me it defeats the point of waterproofing. The Husky liners have no retaining hook holes, thus making them 100 waterproof. The liners have very large and sharp spikes that grip onto the floor carpeting of the vehicle. Be care while handling them during installation, they're very sharp! There is no way that these will ever move or slide around once installed. I also like that they give you the option to cut out the area where the gas latch is located on the floor. A Dremel tool and 5 minutes of your time is all it will take to accomplish that. Another advantage with Husky, compared to Weathertech, is the price. For the price it would have cost me for 2 front liners, I was able to get the entire set (front and rear). They look very nice once installed and can be used as 4 season liners, which I intend to do. That adds an extra advantage from having to change ones mats every season. I bought these to replace a pair of off-brand liners I bought many years ago which had worn out. They were also good but I wish I had known about Husky liners back then.

Recomendados

The 2009-current Toyota Corolla's equipped with the cold weather package would create a lump near the center of the driver and front passenger floors, close to the center console. It would cause even high quality all weather floor mats to drip water from the sides onto the carpet, since all the salty water on the mat would drain through the lower (outer) side of the mat. To avoid the floor to be spot-rusted at these lower points, given the heavy amount of salt I bring in daily being a resident of the rust belt, I purchased these Husky Floor Liners a month after buying my car, and the difference was like night and day. First of all, it is 100 times easier to clean the floor liners than cleaning the all weather mats. The material can be very easily wiped clean, and the inches-high sidewalls prevents even the slightest traces of salt to touch the carpet, so the carpet almost never needs to be shampooed anymore. The floor liner fits the shape of the floor so well, and cleaning the mess made by my toddler son have become such a breath---the floor liner holds all his crumbs, food, wrappers so well. I chose these husky liners over the weathertech ones because the weather tech liners have two big holes in the center of the floorliner, so that the factory carpet hooks could be used to hold the floor liner. However, those holes are much much lower than the sidewalls, and all the salt water would drain through them instead. Husky liner used very long, dense rubber spikes on the back of the floorliners instead, and they have never moved the slightest bit over the past year. One small drawback of these floorliners would be the slightly more slippery nature of the materials used to make them hold their shape, and the side lips warped slightly over the very hot summer. I don't know whether the weathertech ones would fair better with their patented (not sure?) material, but these two big drain holes are enough to hold me back from going to weathertech. Overall, I've been very with my Husky Liners after 8 months of use, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone that lives in the rustbelt!

Perfect fit and slightly cheaper than The Weather Tech brand I have in my van. The second row mats are of similar thickness as the fronts. The Weather Tech mats in the back of my van appear to be thinner and Did not hold their shape. They curled up over time. Also suggest getting darker mats (black). The light grey ones in my van are permanently stained. Not sure how the Husky’s would fair if they were light in colour.

I recently bought a 2011 used Toyota Corolla with 6K....might as well be new...at least the newest auto I've been involved in purchasing so I wanted to make sure I covered the standard auto flooring before the rug became dirty-unmanagable....but I digress. The Husky custom fit floor liners fit perfectly with our Toyota Auto and come in a couple of color variations.....I live in the Northeast......so there's no way a car will survive the incidental mess from rain, snow, mud, dirt of 4 seasons....I bought it Thursday, got it Friday morning and 15 minutes after the Fedex guy/gal dropped it off, installed. It's a very easy install I highly recommend 1st reading the instructions (2-3 paragraphs) before installing....it'll save you an extra 5 minutes trying to decide on whether the floor mats should be installed over the standard Toyota mats. I'm not sure about the durability of the mats, they feel durable and thick enough and I'm sure they will last longer than the standard Toyota rug mats. For the price, well worth it. There's another manufacturer out there charging 2-3 times the price of Husky for the liners. I can't speak to the manufacturing differences, a lot of similarities as I see. The front liners are sturdy with edged sides, flexible enough to remove without dripping any liquid into the vehicle. The rear liners go across the entire Second seat flooring and I wouldn't recommend removing it if trying to dump/clean out liquid melted or spilled....rather wipe up, remove wash and install again. I think these will last for the duration of auto ownership. I have another vehicle which came with the Husky Liner in the trunk; it seems as new as the day I bought the other vehicle. Generally own my vehicles about 10-12 years. I'll update if I find anything exceptional, glaringly bad or wrong about these liners....but right now just happy to be keeping the floors of my new auto clean.
