Had mine about 3 weeks. You need a pizza peel and also a kitchen blow torch or high powered lighter to actually light it. Took a few pizzas to get into the swing of things but now cooking pizza is easy and they taste delicious.

Do you need to keep turning the pizza?

Yes every 20-30 seconds should only take about 2 mins to cook full pizza

Is there a temperature gauge on the pizza oven?

No temp gauge, i bought an infra red gun which does a cracking job and not expensive
