Great rod. Butt section is a bit too long for my preference.
Great surf rod. Super long, probably a little more than I need, but the extra length will help get bait further out. If anything, I feel like the butt section is too long. Not a huge deal, but I really think it could be taken down like an entire foot and it would be perfect. I may cut it down myself. Caught several bluefish, pompano, flounder, crabs, pufferfish, and redfish on it and it is in as great of condition as it was when I received it. It fishes.

Excellent, durable, can handle any size fish I catch in the surf but heavy for casting.

Quality build
A bit heavy for trout fishing, but have been happy with casting in larger lakes Bass fishing. Definitely pleased with the Quality!

I bought the medium power 6'6. Very nice rod. Its my favorite one out of all my other rods. Its stiff and strong.

Great all around surf fishing rod.
My favorite surf fishing rod. Sturdy, yet sensitive. Good size, durable and feels like a quality rod. If it had cork grips it would be PERFECT.

Very good rod for the money
Took this to the beach on Jekyll Island to try it out. It performed well. I could tell that my casts were going farther than I was getting out of my 10ft rods. Also hooked into a couple of decent sized sharks with it. The action was good while maintaining control during the fight. Would definitely recommend.
