if you learn how to use it, it will tell you everything you need to know
take a bit of time, but it does have everything if you have a 2019 always this meter only goes to 2018. It’s good because mine is the first half of the year and the 20s is the newest body style that is totally different. It’s a 2018 is the way to go if you have a 2019

Many features but not all I needed
I bought this hoping to reset an airbag light that came on when the battery went flat in a 2007 Porsche 911. It did not detect the error and therefore could not reset it. Since then I have had other errors and cleared the codes including the P0021/22 codes. I think it’s good for general stuff but didn’t do everything I needed it to. The airbag light is still on.Maybe that’s more to do with the car - unclear. I have other cars so kept the unit in case I needed other functions again. Everything else is good and solid

Worked great on my 20 year old Nissan Frontier!
Worked great on my older 2005 Nissan Frontier! I wound up setting off the SRS airbag light when removing the dash (since I forgot to disconnect the battery), and none of the basic clearing methods worked on the Nissan forums. Ultimately purchased this device and it identified the issue right away (which was the weighting light for the passenger airbag on the dash) and was able to clear instantly. No more blinking SRS light! I also emailed the customer support to confirm if the device would work with my truck ahead of purchase, and they responded within 8 hours, which is unusual these days. Bravo!

Great tool at a good price, and outstanding customer service.
Contacted them to confirm it would be compatible with a Volvo to reset an SRS message (I tripped a monitor by disconnecting wires from the radio and climatisation without first disconnecting the battery). Quick response, quick delivery, easy to fix with the reset function. Highly recommended. Must have tool if you fiddle with your vehicle from time to time.

It worked just as advertised. Got the code I needed to repair the airbag problem on my 2012 Ford Flex. Easy to use, no mysteries. I checked before purchasing to see if my car was compatible and received a very quick response as well as follow ups after the delivery!
