How is the self adhesive? Will it stick and stay for a while or fall off easy?

It's decent but I am sure that depends on the application. Hard flat surfaces the hold is good, I have not tried on fabric but I doubt they'd stay long

No, they come all together in a baggy.

Will these stick to yarn bookworms?

Will probably stick for awhile. Not sure how to permanently stick. Probably need to use additional glue.
