Possible Glitter Inhalation!
Our daughter really loved the unicorn for 2 times while at the lake. The bottom tore out so that was a bummer. The biggest issue is the glitter that is inside the tube. There is nothing to stop the glitter if you inhale while blowing it up. Huge concern!
