I’m 5’4” and 220. What size do I need?

I’d say you’d fall in between a medium and large. My fiancé is about 220 5’10”. He got a large.

If I am 6' and 150 lbs (slim build) would a small or a medium be more likely to fit?

I got a 2X because I wanted to do A LOT of padding. This costume is LARGE! VERY! It fit my brother-in-law, 6'3" and 240 as well. If you aren't doing padding, I'd get a medium just because you are 6' ... to make sure it will be long enough. Henry was FAT so ... try some padding. It's a very well made costume.

Is there a way that I can get the measurements for a small size? I'm kind of a small/scrawny dude, but I really dig this costume.

I don't have the costume anymore to get the measurement but I bought it for 12-year-old and it fit him just fine
