Review on day 1. Just received the product , got it registered (serial no printed on the usual place ) it’s a fundamentally a cardiology 4 steth with added electronic features whixh I believe will be standard steth features of future . The auditory experience is something from the heavens. Took about 2 hours to charge with my 5W iPhone charger . The sound is from the future and this is an immensely powerful machine . Advantage: amplified sound in diff mode for lung and heart , active noise cancellation(can’t live without it once you use it ) Correction : battery percentage can be seen in the Eko app Drawback: cannot be used while there are other electromagnetic interruptions like a diathermy machine or MRI Ps: this is what you’ve been waiting for , Hipito and other physicians will simply become a fan of it

It amplifies the sound quite well. When connected to the phone , it does give a graphic depiction of murmurs but a lot of noice also shows up. I take screen shots of the tracing to show to my patients. Haven't tried sending it to my patients through the EVO app as I read that there is a charge for it. Unfortunately unlike a trained doctors ear, it is incapable of selective hearing (amplification). Therefore it also amplifies the noise which take some getting used to!

Works properly. Connected to a mobile app that lets you change the acoustic settings from "wide - cardiac - pulmonary" to isolate the sounds you want to focus on with ANC. Which is great. It also shows the sound waves. Can work on external speakers or headphones. Can record and share sound clips which makes it perfect for consultations and medical records. It did improve my medical practice and diagnosis confidence.
