A convenient set of pens that saves you time from mixing!!! A must have to your art collection!!!
I’m absolutely loving these pens!!! I paint wooden peg dolls and these pens really save me time on having to mix acrylic paint to get the right skin tone I want so instead of spending time mixing…I now have a set of pens with a variety of the different skin tones conveniently at my disposal. You get 12 pack of pens as advertised but doesn’t come with any replacement tips like some paint pens being sold on Amazon do like the tooli-art ones…Unless they aren’t replaceable or flysea just didn’t bother including them in the package so…I’m not entirely sure about the reuse of these pens. I do like the fact that these are the extra fine tips (0.7mm size) as advertised…Which is what I wanted so if I mess up somewhere on the doll I can easily patch it up as I find some of the colours blend with wood really well. Paint applies very smoothly and pigment is very thick…Lots of coverage!!! No faded colours here so the quality is really good!!! Just make sure to test writing with them on paper before you apply them to your project so you don’t get a blob of paint coming out from the pen so that instead…You get a smooth line of paint coming out. Also…Be careful when you activate these pens and don’t let kids activate them on their own or if your skin is sensitive as I find the tips to be quite pointy because step 2 of the directions tell you to press the tip down with your thumb to clear the air and…Ouch…It hurts!!! I bought pens recently that are like this and almost pierced me so just be careful…I mean…I guess you could try step 2 by pressing the tip down with the cap instead of painfully using your thumb or finger…I should have tried it that way to see if that works better for me lol…But…I was just doing what is instructed on the box to do. I just wish the directions on activating them were made differently and safer to do to be honest and I guess a lot of pens might have directions like this…I feel like that needs to be changed but…Other than that…I think they are a good value for your money!!! and a must have to your art collection!!! I was thinking of getting the 2mm size skin tone pens also…But…For $40…It’s not worth it in my opinion as you still get the same amount of pens that you get from the thin tip ones…Maybe if there were more pens in the set…Then yeah…It would be worth the price but…Not if all you get is still 12 pens…Anyway, very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!!! You won’t regret purchasing them!!! Great product!!!Happy Painting!!!5stars!!!

Thanks for sending me your old stock!
Even after shaking the acrylic pens very well, they won't completely mix. Just like expired nail polish. I couldn't upload my picture, but trust me this is old stock.
