Very useful and tasty.

Delicious but very tiny and very difficult to cook.
The chickpeas are tiny and even pre-soaked, they took over an hour in my pressure cooker. Normally it takes me no more than 20 minutes. Without a pressure cooker, I would say they would take a good few hours But they were much tastier then the chickpeas I usually use. I would purchase again if had a lot of time on my hands on a weekend. To be honest, I’m still trying to decide if the better taste is worth all of the extra effort and the tiny size is just not satisfying. It doesn’t matter if you are going to use them to make a soup/hummus etc.
